Key features of antistatic grade


Just 0.03 µm thick, transparent film

Its high conductivity and the excellent uniformity of the film thickness lead to adequate antistatic performance (surface resistivity of 104 to 109Ω/sq), even when it is in the form of ultra-thin film whose thickness is on the order of nanometers.

Its high transparency, which is even good for optical film, can be maintained. The necessary quantity is low, which reduces material costs.

Conductivity with no dependence on humidity

Even at low temperatures and 20% RH

Unlike ionic conductive surfactants whose conductivity is achieved by absorbing water from the air, this grade's mechanism for conducting electricity enables stable conductivity independent of environmental humidity.

There is no need to worry about using it even in a low-humidity environment in the winter, an arid region, or a cleanroom where humidity control is difficult.

General-purpose processes

Use Denatron that is highly diluted with alcohol for easier drying. Add antistatic properties to your products yet maintain high productivity.

As Denatron is a water- or water/alcohol-based coating materials, it is a coating agent that mitigates environmental burdens.

Leveraging its water-based characteristics, you can apply it in inline coating processes, which use heat generated during the film production process to dry the coating for energy savings. The coating is also flexible enough to extend as the film stretches.
